Frequently Asked Questions
Order cut off time is 9 am for the following day deliveries. Orders, changes or cancellations after this time are not possible.
Delivery dates are Mon, Wed and Friday.
We understand the need to add a missed item. Please place a new order with the missing items for the same delivery date, you will be initially charged another delivery fee at the time of checkout, but we see the double order and will remove the second delivery fee to your account for up to one additional order for the same date delivery. Multiple orders past one updated order will incur an additional delivery charge for each additional order for the same date.
Please fill out our contact form, and we will remove or adjust the order as necessary. Cancellations and changes past cut-off are not possible. All changes are subject to White Table Kitchen approval.
Please notify us immediately upon receiving the order and taking inventory of the delivery. Use the missing item email link above to notify us of the missing item.
Please fill out the quality issue form and attach a picture of the damaged or quality issue sent to cafe@whitetablecatering.com. Upon receipt of the picture and notice, we will credit your account.
We aim to have your order delivered any time before 10 am the next day after ordering. Unforeseen traffic congestion, weather or other incidents that delay or change an order time passed 10 am will be accompanied by an update from the company by email as to when the new order time will be arriving.
We may grant an emergency delivery and an additional emergency delivery fee will apply. All requests for emergency deliveries must go through cafe@whitetablecatering.com.
We use organic flour in all of our baking.
Ingredient information for all products can be found on the item page in the shop.
We are not a peanut or nut free facility and cannot guarantee that traces of peanuts and nuts are not in our products. Please see our ingredient list for more information.

You will see a refund or adjustment shortly after your submission in your account. If you have any further questions or don't see your credit please contact cafe@whitetablecatering.com
